Did I succumb to The Ultimate Temptation on Day 3?
JUST SAY NO! I knew that would come in handy one day. And it came in very handy on Monday when I was assaulted by beautiful Krispy Kreme donuts. They are making life very difficult for me! Who’s “they” you ask? Read here.

Day 3 was an incredible success. I started off with a protein shake, this is the one I’ve been using lately. Had black coffee, 5 hard boiled eggs (delicious), a bag of raw spinach, an apple, a banana, and most importantly, NO DONUTS. I finished the day off with another protein shake after my Crossfit workout. Did I mention that I survived the workout?
Day 4 was another win.
Protein shake, black coffee, 4 hard boiled eggs, an apple, a banana, and raw spinach with grilled chicken. Again, I finished the day off with a delicious protein shake while grilling my chicken for Day 5. Trying to set up myself for success. On this day, I hit the gym (regular gym) in order to work on my snatches and some other more technical moves. What are snatches? Glad you asked, go here.
