After a few days of particularly brutal Crossfit workouts. I needed serious recovery. And I got it. You can get it too. BTW, I know I break grammar rules I don’t care.
Chop up an onion and throw it in a pan with some grapeseed oil.
Break up and whisk 4 eggs. Sprinkle with Sea Salt and Paprika.
Take your chicken breast (made previously) and chop it up.
Pour in the eggs when the onions start looking translucent (fancy word).
Throw in the chicken breast toward the end.
Throw in some shredded cheese when you’re ready to eat.
Take 2 scoops of your Combat Protein Powder, blend with water and half a banana.
Drink has 360 calories, 30g carbs, and 50g of protein.
Food has 465 calories, 18g carbs, and 65g of protein.
Be sure to drink plenty of water.
I don’t want you to think that all that matters are calories, carbs, and protein. There are a lot more things to think about, but this will give you an idea of what to expect.
