This probably should be titled “How to Win WITH Food.”
1st step, don’t eat anything in the above picture.
Actually, eat only the meat and veggies. Throw away everything else.
2nd step, prepare everything beforehand.
Have you ever spent an hour preparing and cooking food, only to eat it all within a few minutes? That’s my life.
Now I do this:
It’s called meal prepping. It’s something that you MUST do if you want to save time, money, and effort.
Time and Effort: It’s called batching. Look it up.
Money: Why eat out? Prepare meals for a few days at a time.
For example, Sunday evening I prepared 4 chicken breasts, 8 baked eggs, 8 slices of protein French Toast (4 were edible), and bagged my spinach for the week.
That should all last me for about a day and a half.
